(This is part of a bigger project I’m currently working on).

STATEMENT: John O’Keefe lost 3 liters of blood.

OBJECTIVE: Who moved him, and how was the crime scene manipulated to support the cover-up?

Key Points to Consider

  • Significant Blood Loss
  • Losing 3 liters of blood is indicative of severe trauma and would likely leave a substantial amount of forensic evidence at the location where the injury occurred.
  • If John lost this much blood, there should have been visible blood at the crime scene, including inside the house at 34 Fairview Drive or near where his body was found.
  • Absence of Blood in Key Locations
  • If John was found in a location where there was minimal blood, it suggests that his body may have been moved after his injuries occurred.
  • This raises the question of who moved John and where the blood was lost.
  • By focusing on the forensic evidence to determine if the body was moved from inside the house or from another location.

Who Moved John O’Keefe?

Several suspects could have been involved in moving John’s body

1. Brian Albert

As a key figure in the household, Brian Albert may have moved John to cover up the crime.

The quick sale of the property after John’s death suggests he may have wanted to distance himself from the scene, potentially because incriminating evidence (such as blood traces) was still present in the house.

2. Colin Albert

Colin Albert was present at 34 Fairview Drive the night of John’s death. If Colin was involved in the events that led to John’s injuries, he may have been part of the group that moved the body.

Investigators could focus on his statements and movements that night to determine his involvement in the cover-up.

3. Brian Higgins

As a DEA agent with influence over both local and federal investigations, Higgins may have used his position to help orchestrate the movement of John’s body to make it look like an accident.

His role in covering up the crime would have been critical to manipulating the narrative around John’s death.

4. The McCabe Family

The McCabe family, particularly Jenn McCabe, were close to the Alberts and present on the night of John’s death.

Jenn’s role in the cover-up could have included helping to move the body, cleaning up evidence, or providing false testimony to divert attention away from the real perpetrators.

Chloe the Dog’s Role

Chloe, the dog, at 34 Fairview Drive that night complicates the timeline and the forensic evidence.

If Chloe had been inside the house, she may have left blood or hair traces that could have helped determine where John was before he was moved.

Investigators could focus on any forensic evidence related to the dog to help reconstruct the timeline.

Forensic Evidence

  • Investigators could conduct a thorough forensic review of all the locations involved.
  • Blood spatter analysis, DNA testing, and timeline reconstruction using forensic technology will be crucial in determining where the three liters of blood were lost and how John’s body was moved after the injury.

Conclusion

John O’Keefe’s body was likely moved as part of a coordinated cover-up involving individuals such as Brian Albert, Colin Albert, Higgins, and the McCabe family.

Their goal was to manipulate the crime scene and frame Karen Read for the crime, distracting investigators from the real cause of John’s death.

Investigators could focus on forensic evidence and communications between these individuals to determine who moved John and how the narrative was manipulated to support the frame job.
